Amethyst Ocean Atelier is a custom clothing studio in Cape Town focused on garments that fit real schedules. Consultations happen by appointment on Queen Street so measuring stays unrushed.

We discuss climate, occasion, and how you move. A garment for standing presentations differs from one for long travel days. Fabric choice follows that talk, not the other way around.

Our lookbook is physical: samples you can hold. Photos on phones never replace hand feel. We will discourage fabrics that fight your brief.

Shirts, dresses, trousers, jackets, and selected occasion wear form the core. Embroidery and heavy embellishment are limited; structure and line come first.

Clients include professionals refreshing a wardrobe and individuals preparing for ceremonies. We treat both with the same bench standards.
